The Isle of Man has to be my favourite place to ride a bike, bit of an easy choice really due to the national limit there, the roads and the local constabulary's attitude to biking. It's not just the circuit, alot of really good rides to be had from very challenging to very pleasant, lots of off road tracks too (not done that bit yet).

Locally for a an enjoyable and in places very fast ride out, a triangle from Havant to Chichester, up to Petersfield and back down to Havant.
Alternatively a longer run would be up to Petersfield, across to Midhurst, Petworth, Pulborough down to Fontwell back to Havant.
I'll give road numbers if anyone interested.
